Thinking of a Take Action Project? Here's Your Chance to Learn More!

It's almost a new membership year, and it's time to start thinking about how you're going to earn your Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards.

Join us on Saturday, August 6th, from 10 a.m. to noon at McCoy Pavilion (Ala Moana Beach Park in Honolulu) and meet with representatives  from a variety of non-profit organizations like the Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, and the Make-a-Wish Foundation in a “round-robin” presentation atmosphere.

Visit presenters to learn about their organization and what they do in our community. Use your “passport” at each booth you visit and take notes. Network with other Girl Scouts and brainstorm ideas for projects that inspire you to take action.

All three awards give you the chance to do big things while working on an issue you care about. Whether you want to plant a community garden at your school and inspire others to eat healthily for your Bronze/Silver, or build a career network that encourages girls to become scientists and engineers for your Gold, you’ll inspire others (and yourself). As you earn one of Girl Scouting’s highest awards, you’ll change your corner of the world—and maybe even beyond. The possibilities are endless.

It's a free, girls-only event, but hurry--registration closes July 30th!
