National Stand Beside Her Week

Girl Scouts of Hawai’i is joining other GSUSA councils across the nation in the Stand beside Her program. We hope you will share the information below with anyone you think might be interested in participating in the program this month. And, please share with us any of the activities that you participate in related to this program.  It is a great message for our girls and for all of us!

Easy ways to participate:

·         The nationwide I Stand Video Contest, http://bit.ly/sbhvideo, deadline has been extended until October 30. This contest is open to everyone and we encourage you all to share with your girls and volunteers.

·         Follow us on Twitter and help spread the message! www.twitter.com/istandbesideher And join us on Wednesday, October 28 at 8 p.m. (CDT) for a Tweet-Up #StandBesideHer

·         Gather and share pictures, stories or videos of how your girls and adults are participating in National Stand Beside Her Week. Is your council doing anything internally with staff? We’d love to know about it!
