Ho'ola Na Pua,
Renewal of Trafficked Girls Through Health, Education, Advocacy and
Reintegration, is looking for Girl Scouts ages 15 and above along with leaders
and parents to support their efforts in restoring the landscaping and doing
general yard clean-up at a future licensed residential home for trafficked
girls, Pearl Haven. The proposed date of the clean-up is Saturday, Aug 20th, 2016
from 9:00am to 12:00pm. If you are interested, please contact Connie Sizemore
at connie.sizemore@hoolanapua.org as soon as possible, but no later than
Aug 12th. Please bring your own gardening equipment and gloves, and wear closed
toed shoes. More details will be provided once they hear from interested troops and have an estimate of how many helpers will participate.
