Gold Award
o   Girl Scouts of Hawai‘i is seeking volunteers to help with the Gold Award committee as well as helping mentor girls who are earning their Gold Award.

o   Gold Award committee members are needed to approve higher awards across the state. Mentors are needed to work one on one with girl's to guide and offer support through the higher award process. Both committee members and Mentors are needed across the state, are flexible, and we'll work with your schedule and location!

Volunteer Trainer
o   Do you enjoy helping other volunteers learn the ropes and get excited about their new role? Girl Scouts is looking for volunteer trainers who can deliver information about Girl Scouting to new and experienced volunteers. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to support Girl Scouting behind the scenes, who like to work with other adult volunteers, and for someone who needs a flexible volunteer opportunity.

STEM Professionals and Volunteers
o   Are you a professional or volunteer who use science, technology, engineering, or math in your field? Mentors and role models guide students in transforming their interests into careers. Even if you can volunteer only for a limited amount of time, studies have shown that talking with professionals in their own communities helps students. From leading an activity at STEM camp to mentoring a Gold Awardee, the roles of STEM professionals are crucial to the development of exceptional skills, excitement, and accomplishment for students. We’re developing a directory of these Hawaii-based people who are interested in being resources for interested Girl Scouts.
